If it takes on their shapes, can it take on their attacks as well?

Yes it can! Though the notes in here say it can only use those attacks with its own strength. So for example, if it were to use Linda's electricity, it would only be as strong as that Ditto's inner strength is... I think.

But when pointed at an individual one, like Linda, it also collects things like who owns her, what moves she personally knows, and other such things]
