Yes it can! Though the notes in here say it can only use those attacks with its own strength. So for example, if it were to use Linda's electricity, it would only be as strong as that Ditto's inner strength is... I think.

But when pointed at an individual one, like Linda, it also collects things like who owns her, what moves she personally knows, and other such things]

[She is not, actually, wearing the coin. Between not having enough time to locate a good cut of leather for it or really even... having enough time to decide whether or not she wanted to wear it and the last "good luck token" he'd given her... no, she's not wearing the coin.

She pokes around on the pokedex, in fact entering Linda's name and reading up on her, even though... the mention of what he got on his birthday makes her a little uncomfortable.]
