[ She tries to block the door with her foot, but she's not quite quick enough. ]

[A brow arches at Kohan's silence and deflection about the dance. He puts his hat on the rack there before stepping on in towards the foyer, motioning for his little brother to follow him. But he'll accept the deflection, anyway]

Should I be offended you think so little of my being here, or pleased you missed me?

It's true, things can get a little stuff when father's not going on tails of glory or Riku's living up to those.

Speaking of... have you seen what Riku's been up to lately? [ He's been visiting POOR PEOPLE how scandalous. ]

I believe he's been getting to know the people of his lovely wife.

[His says this airily. What judgement there is (and there may be some) is more loopy]

Really? ... Why now? You'd think he'd at least wait until they're more calm.

It's okay he's cool with it. He tugs her hoof to pull her into a brief sort of flowing motion or maybe twirl, but then relents and lets her walk naturally, still grinning]

Ah well, she'll laugh it off, anyway before trotting right next to him.]

[She snorts. Man, there's something amusingly charming about his demeanor.]

[With his eyebrows arching up, he steers the both of them towards where he left he car]

[Excellent. Once the car's in sight, she'll make her way to the side door and shoot him a grin.]

Maybe, but don't get too carried away.
