[And during the bulk of the day...! Masaomi's forgone most of his training for today other than some things on his wrists. On his left wrist (the one that until very recently was in a cast) has a weighted bracelet on, one kilo. That way, he can work it without switching himself up too much. On his right wrist is still Katara's bracelet. He's also still rocking the Bradstache. BuT more importantly!

...He's here to flirt with girls. He hasn't done it in a while, he's in just the sort of mood where he wants to do it again. So if you're in town and a pretty girl, he's liable to go and flirt with you. If you're a dude, well then you can witness him doing it. React to him, stand there to be reacted to? There's a lot of ways you can roll this]

[Fenimore needs groceries, or at least the ones Grune has forgotten to pick up. As such, she can be found with a bag on her arm anywhere between House 34 (around the battledome) and said store with a couple of empty bags.

What was that? Fenimore is always headed to the grocery store in threads that require her to be somewhere around the square? Silence, peon, it's a reasonable method for getting her there.]

[On one hand I could argue that it's just way easier than trying to arrange social life but on the other Fenimore sometimes feels like this is the case and it frustrates her. Anyway.

That's a voice she hasn't heard for a while, since he hasn't been flirting lately. Especially not above her. She looks up, a pleasant expression, since she certainly doesn't mind getting told that she's beautiful even if she doesn't believe that he really means it.]

Masa -- [What's that on his face? She attempts with only half success to smother a laugh. When she continues, the amusement sneaks through into her voice.] Masaomi? What are you doing up there?

[Her face goes through a few different expressions as she parses that unexpected explanation and then prepares to get indignant. However, halfway through, she realizes that she never wears anything that goes below her neck, making it pretty much impossible. There's a pause before she eventually decides to settle for "grudging half-smile with crossed arms." She'll let him get away with it this time.]

You probably should get down from there before someone comes by with something she's willing to throw at you.

[Smirking. He rocks in the branch a little]

But a quick search of the ground is not turning up a good throwing rock, so she'll pop her journal out of the bag she carries it in, drop it into one of the grocery bags, and begins to spin it like a slingshot.

If he doesn't recant or protest, she'll release, intending to miss by a little. Then again, she's not exactly used to such a throwing method and might miss missing. Hard to say.]

[He laughs as she does this, pleased for it. It's a very charming thing, isn't it? And he rocks on the branch. When she tosses it... it near misses. But he also pretends like it does hit. In fact, he "falls" over backwards. He shoves himself off the branch and flails, wailing as he goes to land on his back!!!

...But he lands on his feet.]

[She has to use a hand to cover her mouth as she tries to suppress a laugh. Masaomi, you are ridiculous.]

Are you supposed to be some kind of cat?

Actually, I think I'm more of a dog.

[This goes somewhat over her head. She mightn't actually recognize the expression, though the eyebrows suggest that some kind of innuendo just went on. After a moment's hesitation, she decides to abandon trying to figure out exactly what it is in favour of just continuing the conversation.]

Perhaps it's a half-and-half mixture. [As much as that would be a horrifying thought if taken literally.] I don't think that someone who's all dog could make that good of a landing.

[He smooths out his clothes. Clearly taking that at least somewhat seriously]

[But, after a moment, she regains her composure and waves a hand dismissively. Flirting seems to be his standard.]

[And he blows her a kiss now, sauntering a way. Planning to strut out]

[She sticks her tongue out at his back as he saunters away, but she's grinning and a giggle escaped there for a moment. She finds it flattering, even if she's pretty sure he'd say that sort of thing about pretty much any girl.]
