[So Masaomi Kida has a plan today. Namely, he's out to kidnap (for her own good) Katara. There's a few times he could do this. He considers going for her before school... but he's not a morning person and neither is she. After school feels like too little time, so he's opted to pull her aside towards the end of lunch (to hopefully evade Sokka), saying that he has forgotten something (which'll later evolve into "show you something" among other excuses). Well, him and Linda (because he's taken to bringing the pichu along to school, lately) And from there... the adventure begins.

Hours of inane things ensue, not to mention a handful of not-quite arguments about how late it is getting. Feel free to run into them more or less anywhere: item shop, Azzip pizza, various floors of various community buildings,Rec Center, south side of town, north side of town, generally more or less anywhere. Chances are you won't even need to be the first to speak, because you run a good chance of running into them talking! This'll be any time between lunch break at school and oh, early evening

[Masaomi, who was standing close by.... gets doused in soda right alongside his pichu. But where Linda looks proud when she comes out, albeit sticky, he looks ecstatic]

Very impressive. [Linda looks so proud, it's hard not to at least compliment them a little.

But then - she hears Alexis.

And she just drops the soda she's been holding in the air on the ground.]

[She opens her mouth to answer that and then Masaomi's innuendo slaps her right in the face.

Have a Very Flat Look, Masaomi. Flatter than flat. That's disgusting. Why are you even... ?

[Awwwyeah, he's got it. He's going to be celebrating with his electric mouse here. Even though they are both wet and sticky]

[It's about midday now, so... Alexis might have noticed that Katara and Masaomi never made it back to school.

She gestures her head over to Masaomi and Linda and... has pity on them, moving to bend the soda off them.]

[Weird, she believes. And, yes, she noticed.] Making a day of it?

[You know, whatever it is and all.]

[Linda is surprised at this.

She should not be. she runs an electrical current through her body once her fur is un-wetted to make her body feel correct, so a little volt of electricity runs all over her starting from her cheek. Masaomi just shakes his head to make his hair feel right]

She means cool.

No, I mean weird.

[She drops the soda back to the ground again.]

How was the rest of school?

I'll go with weird. [Alexis shrugs one shoulder.] Same as school usually is. Nothing exciting.

[He'll huff at this, dramatically taking a long stride closer to Katara]

[Huff. How often does she have to present this case?

I don't think it's the make up work that's really the problem. [She said it a little quietly, not sure she wants to say it.] At any rate, though... Uhm. It was a good day?

Of course it was- and you know what- look at this way Katara, with you babysitting me, you ensured she didn't need to deal with me in class right off!

So she just sighs a little.]

It wasn't too bad. I need to head to the clinic soon, though.

Please, I've got way more tricks up my sleeves than exploding cans.

[Mildly apologetic.] He was showing me one of Linda's moves.

Yep. My partner.

[And he'll crouch a bit, giving her an arm to run up to get his his shoulder. she's stopped sparking, but she's now static-clinging half his hair, as usual]
