It's not that unusual, though it is very European. I'm named after my grandfather, Arsene Lupin.

Well, since you're so curious...

My grandfather was the best person in his field of work in France and across Europe during his prime, and became quite famous even outside of Europe because of this. I, being named after him, entered the same field myself, and have gained similar levels of attention worldwide. Differentiating us by the Issei or the Sansei makes it easier for people to know which 'Lupin' they're talking about.

Well, trust and love are not both necessary for it to work, although the best ones do have both. You can love someone but not trust them, and you can trust someone but not love them.

It's a lot more complicated, to love without trust.
