[For the record, the icon of this post? Is more or less the expression Kida has well staring at the screen of a flip-up cell phone. But, to give this little bit of emo a bit more context-

Well, he would have volunteered to help out on that infiltration thing but... at the last minute he recalled the responsibilities he had here to Anri-chan and everyone else. Still, what with everything going on, he couldn't help but worry. To that end, he went about his usual coping method- going around town and hitting on girls. But he wasn't really feeling it today and it only got made worse when he went into the item shop to discover, of all things, his cell phone.

He was instantly hesitant and excited, but he confirmed it was his when he looked at the photos in the picture section of it. ...Wow. ...Wow.

And that's how you end up with a kid laying on his back on a bench in a white hoodie that covers his wings (which hurt from being on his back but so be it staring at a picture on a cell phone. The phone is close to his face though, so chances are you can't see the picture. What do you do, Luceti?]

[Kida looks at her... And then he turns to Frey and gives him the signal. The signal, as it seems, is a wink and a slap on the shoulder followed by a point over in Nan's direction. It's sink or swim time, buddy!]

[And he literally jumps the remaining distance between them after a running start and lands on two legs next to Frey, wrapping an arm around the other boy's shoulder in much the same movement. Smiling, he looks down at Nan and confirms-] Such a lovely name indeed. Nan-chan!! Why, Frey and I are awestruck at the combination of your beauty and general mystique~!

[Kida accepts that smack and allows himself it be thrown... off his feet. She might have noticed that when smacked he rolled his head with it to avoid it stinging as much as it could. But he also pushed his weight into Frey, making it look like the slap unbalanced him with enough force to crash into his partner. Do you fall, Frey? Or does he just slump into you?]
