[ Masaomi has made a promise to himself today. It's the Monday after Valentines and he's pretty sure he hasn't been shifted yet. He's also gotten a pretty disappointing chocolate turnout on Valentines probably - anyone is free to correct me if your characters gave something. And really, something Davis once said still weighs on him... Not that he can do anything about it this late in the game but he's going to be doing something special today:

While he's working at the Convenience Store or later in the day when he's hanging out around the square - not only is he going to flirt with almost every girl he can see, which isn't unusual, he is going to try to score as many actual dates as he can. Asking people out. Because why not? It'll be fun and chances are the plans will be put awry in the next week or two anyway.

So ladies, come at him. Or dudes come ask what he's doing or maybe join in on him. yolo swag ]

He smirks now, his lips twitching and his eyes sparkling ]

I can shoot some pudding out for you then, just swing by my pad later.

[She's never heard of someone shooting pudding out before. But perhaps Masaomi is just so fast at getting pudding ready that it shoots out of the kitchen! ... Yes, that must be it.]

You would really do that for me, even after what I've done today? Oh thank you, I hope God smiles down on you today for your good deeds!

He bursts out laughing again. But it's an awkward, vaguely shamed sort of laugh. Holy shit... emphasis on the holy ]

H---haha. Okay. I'll have to give you my apartment but for now-

[He tosses her a hostess cake ] Try this.

[At some point she really should ask what it is that's making Masaomi laugh like that. Laughing along is all well and good, but it wouldn't hurt to share in the mirth.

She tries grabbing the cake and ends up fumbling around with it for a moment before getting a proper hold on it.] Got it! I'll try it right away. [And so she does, unwrapping the cake and taking a bite out of it.] Ah, it's delicious! And not stale in the slightest. It has completely passed my expectations!

[She takes another bite and discovers the cream filling. There might be a little cream one the side of her mouth now as she carries on eating.]

[ ... Haha ] So, you know where the Flame Building is?

[secretmiracle]

I know there's a Flame Building! [... Somewhere.] Oh! And I know that the Flame Building is also very warm, even in winter.

[With a name like that it must be a little warm. That said, Erica quickly finishes up the rest of the cake and wipes her mouth clean with the back of one of her hands. Delicious!]

... By that logic, isn't the Ice Building cold?

[ He can't help himself... ]

[He's right on the mark! It isn't very cold though, that wouldn't be good for everyone living in it, but she won't fault him on that.]

That's right, and the Wind Building has a draught! Do you know what the Heart Building has in it?

Oh, I can think of one or three things there might be there, but you can't say them on TV.

[secretmiracle]

You can't? [What's TV?] Ah, if there's something in the Heart Building that's very important to you that you can't say out loud then don't worry. Please keep whatever is important to you inside your Heart Building.

[ And that's another thing he ends up snickering at - giving a thumbs up ]

That's another good joke there! I like it!

[secretmiracle]

I like it as well! It's a very warm and inviting place to live. [She'll flash him a v-sign back. Yeaaah she made a joke! A joke she didn't even know she was making one!] Not as warm as the Flame Building though! Speaking of which, where is the Flame Building again?

It's the one right abouts at the center of town - maybe a little up to the northwest, but just about front and center. I know how to pick my locales.

[secretmiracle]

Okay, I'll make sure to remember that that's where you're staying. That's a good place to pick, you'll always remember where you're staying if you're right in the middle of everything like that.

Exactly. It's also a good spot to pick people up from - I can go out and hit up most of the village easily enough, and given people a view to be jealous of on the roof.

[secretmiracle]

Please don't go around and hit people up, that isn't right at all, you might hurt someone... But what's the view like from the roof? Can you see the whole village and the greenery all at once?

And the mountains and the horizon beyond that.

[secretmiracle]

Really, as far as that? It sounds so wonderful, being able to see as far as that. It reminds me of the Eiffel Tower!

Oh, you've been there?! I've heard it's romantic, can you back it?

[secretmiracle]

Yes, I can back it! Paris is a very romantic place, it's not uncommon to see love blooming in the flower capital. But the views from the top of the Tower as the sun is setting are truly beautiful, I can think of nothing more romantic than a couple enjoying the sunset together.

Wait, wait, wait - the flower capitol. Where I'm from, Paris is the City of Lights, do you have more flowers and less lights?

[secretmiracle]

There are plenty of flowers and lights all over Paris, though... There was an entire display made at the European Exposition for flowers from all over the world. Maybe there are more flowers than lights because of that?

I wouldn't know, I'm not an insider for Paris, though I wouldn't mind becoming an insider for a Parisian.

[ AND HE LAUGHS. because man he's on fire now ]

[MORE LAUGHING. AND SHE STILL DOESN'T GET IT. She laughs for a moment, but if he really does want be inside a Parisian then...]

Would you really not mind? Then I would be happy to lay myself bare for you so you may know all you want about a Parisian! As a Parisian myself I would be more than happy to help you understand the insides of one.
