[ There's some sounds in the background - Ino showed up too and she's looking through what's left of Chouji's stuff to see if he did actually leave anything behind. Masaomi himself is leaning up against the wall as he makes to clarify: ]

Chouji's gone home. So, I've got my condolences to send out to his fellow ninja [ those who don't know already, they are all in the same building ] that diner he works at, and to all the ladies of Luceti, who are now denied one more sweet and kind fellow. You know, if he was actually interested. But hey, the guy has things to do back home.

[ Option 1: Later in the day: was that too rude? Was that too sincere? Really, he is thrown for a loop by having Chouji gone. And he feels bad for his friends... and Katara. Shikamaru too, and he can't do anything for him because he left for a mission. In Lieu of that, Masaomi needed something to do in order to lighten his mood. And thus, he decided to put on a familiar outfit. He's not 100% sure if he wants to impersonate Dartmouth exactly, but it does make him feel empowered despite it all. Which is why he's got a stick of grain in his mouth, he's playing hookey from the Convenience store, and he's doing things like looming in trees and waiting for people he could play a prank on or two. Not his friends as much. More other people. But maybe a little on his friends too.

Option 2: Later in the day though, more towards night - with no reason to go home, he remains in the outfit but also picks up some odd looking tennis shoes to go the Battle Dome. Once there, he's trying to get the hand of what appear to be rocket shoes which use compressed air. He got it from all that kissing so... He's racing around a track and trying to work out the balance. Linda, his Pikachu, is also practicing zapping things, having now gotten enough back to manage it solo. Weakly

Option 3: Very late into the night, 9PM+ he should be heading back home but... he still doesn't want to go back to it being empty. He looks for any girls out late to flirt with them. Also any dudes out late too. If it's someone he knows or if there's someone he doesn't, he'll try to feign amnesia and/or being a new feather so that he can ask to stay the night with them. Just to see where that goes ]

[It's always something. She heard the announcement earlier but didn't answer. Nothing to be said. Nothing doing at home, so she's out wandering. She ends up on one of the bridges, leaning on the railing and looking out at... well. Nothing, really.

[ Oh. Temari. He considers a moment if he event wants to try to do the amnesia schtick with her. You know, he's not sure he does, because he might run a chance of dying. But he also didn't want to break "character" so - he just shrugs to himself and walks over towards her ]

[To no surprise to anyone, Ginia's in the Battle Dome. Her workout finished, she's on the second floor grabbing a drink and a snack and seeing what's going on in the rooms below.

She doesn't recognize Masaomi immediately, what with him zipping around with his new rocket boots, but ah, Linda, that she does recognize. She'll watch a little longer before heading down and entering his training room.]

[ Running Shoes take some getting used to - compressed air bound up on the shoes and then launched out of the heel. It's meant to make one run faster by way of pushing out the air and making for wide steps. It's hard to manage though - and that's why the room is just a track and it's not even in the higher gravity ]

[Ginia makes sure he's safely past before she enters the room. She keeps to the edge of the track and watches him race along. That's quite an interesting bit of footwear he has. As he comes around the track, she waves at him.]

[ Oh, Ginia?! He makes to wave back - but then over-balances his next step and rockets up into the air, and he tumbles forward. Ow ]

[Here's a girl out late at night. Loud squawking sounds from Skarmy and grunts from Shiemi as they fight off some droids. She's already managed to take down one, but it's obviously a losing battle.]

[ Wow what- that catches his attention. He's not in the full battle attire, as this dartmouth thing doesn't have anything except some solid boots. His eyes narrow though and he races over, letting Linda out of the ball as he goes and also makes to throw a kick. He doesn't even have his batons - the best he can do is toss this one droid aside - but that's not enough damage to take it down-

He doesn't yet realize who is doing the fighting here ]

[She notices him join in, and that throws her off. Shiemi freezes up, and a droid grabs her. Skarmy immediately starts clawing at it, but the girl is still in a bit of shock from getting help. She struggles fruitlessly, and calls out.]

[It's a shame. He would have liked to spend more time with him here. Perhaps he should have spent more time with him.

[Don't mind Ino here, Masaomi. She's just continuously searching Chouji's room. She's taking her time, though, because she's almost afraid she'll miss anything. Her expression's neutral but her eyes should betray this facade. This is the second time he left and somehow, it all feels the same for her. Shikamaru being out on a mission doesn't help any, not that her only teammate in this place now will actually talk to her about this.]

[ Masaomi has just felt himself getting more nasty on the journal as he responds to people. Perhaps a little rude to Kushina and very morbid to Naruto at the end there. As such, he's sighed and closed the journal to come in and crouch next to her as she works with the digging. He doesn't deign to help yet, more just crouch and keep a wide smile on his face which is way more similar to this than anything ]

[Well, if it ain't that creepy. When Masaomi crouches down beside her, Ino seems undeterred as she continues on her search. Only when she actually glances at him does she stop to raise a calm brow.]

[Ven's always up late! After all, that's when the stars come out to play. Granted, he usually spends that time hanging out on the rooftop with his telescope, but this time around he's opted to take a late night stroll...

Which is when he spots Masaomi. Ven, being the upbeat sort of guy, he scurries on up to him straight away.]

Hey, I didn't think I'd see you out here. You here to look at the stars, too?

I was just surprised to see you out this late! So what's up?
